In an effort to be, do, and have more in our lives, we often lose out on the peace of mind and enjoyment of life that we desire. It happens to the best of us. In America, it happens to MOST of us.

I’m learning that there is an art to resting, reflecting, and recharging.

I’m learning that we have to be INTENTIONAL.

My challenge to you (and myself) today is to intentionally SCHEDULE time in your calendar this week to rest, reflect, and pray so you can be recharged to do your best work and to be the best man or woman you were created to be.
