I often write and talk to people about shifting from the mundane routine of their current situation to the life and work of their dreams, but what about the people who actually like (dare I say love?) what they do? Are there higher levels of success and satisfaction for them? Absolutely!

If you find yourself in a career or life situation that gives you joy and fulfillment, congratulations! But don’t settle for that alone. Start thinking about how to maximize your passion and add greater value to the world around you.

Intentionality is the key word. Living an intentional life means you are looking for opportunities each day to live out your passion, increase your influence and impact the people around you. Consider the following questions:

  • Who can you best serve with your passion?
  • Who needs what you have to offer?
  • How can you focus more on your passion area(s) throughout each day?
  • Where are you NOT living intentionally?
  • What can you do to change that today?

Perhaps you need to think through John Maxwell’s intentional living mantra:

I want to make a difference

Doing something that makes a difference

With people who make a difference

At a time that makes a difference

Consider how these words can be translated into your life and work, then take action. I can’t wait to see and hear how you intentionally maximize your passion!

Be Intentionally Great today!
