As my son was walking out the door to catch the bus today, I told him “have a good day!” In that moment, I realized I need to change my vocabulary with him and my other two kids. Instead, I’m going to teach and inspire them to “Make today GREAT!” I want them to know they have they have the power and responsibility to make each day what it will be.

I want to challenge you today as well. YOU have the power to make each and every day whatever you want it to be. Yes, conflicts and frustrations will arise. You will sometimes struggle and fail. But in the midst of it all, YOU get to choose what you will make of it.

Choose to “Make today GREAT!” Those around you need you to lead and inspire them. I believe in you!

Go make today GREAT!
